Leamington Spa | UK | Part Time - 25 hours per week spread across 3-5 days

Responsibilities

  • Assure that all activities are performed according to IATF 16949, ISO45001, ISO14001 & CQC/VSCC standards and customer specific requirements.
  • Develop and maintain EHS Management Systems as per Antolin procedures.
  • Involve all departments to ensure correct documentation is adopted as per Antolin procedures.
  • Reporting of IATF 16949, ISO45001, ISO14001 status.
  • Conduct and support internal process audits and support the generation of action plans for all the non conformities.
  • Develop and maintain EHS plans and Management Programs/Internal Auditing.
  • Ensure plant activities are legally compliant and report to the Plant Manager in case of non compliance.
  • Maintenance of the Antolin EHS Policy.
  • Conduct regular meetings to highlight any EHS issues and recommend solutions to the team.
  • Liaise with the Local Authority and other governing bodies to ensure plant comply with legal regulations.
  • Achieve objectives and targets in line with policies for internal auditing, Environmental issues, H&S.
  • Respect Health & Safety and Environmental policies.
  • Ensure that the Operating Instructions for waste disposal are followed.
  • Be aware of the Emergency Instructions.

What You’ll Bring

  • A proactive, hands‑on approach to safety, with the confidence to identify risks, challenge unsafe behaviours, and drive continuous improvement.
  • A recognised Health & Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent) and a commitment to staying current with EHS legislation and best practices.
  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of shop floor processes and operational safety challenges.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage, coach, and motivate employees at all levels to build a positive, safety first culture.
  • Strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high compliance standards.
  • A collaborative mindset, working closely with operations, HR, and leadership teams to implement practical, sustainable EHS solutions.
  • A genuine passion for creating a safe, compliant, and supportive workplace where every employee feels empowered to take ownership of safety.
