At Aluman, we are looking for a Planner to join our UK team and play a key role in delivering complex, high-value construction projects. This is more than a planning role — you’ll be at the centre of project delivery, shaping strategy, influencing decisions and ensuring projects run on time, efficiently and successfully. Your mission is to develop, manage and monitor project programmes, ensuring logical sequencing, risk anticipation and efficient execution from engineering through to final installation.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage project programmes (Master Programme & lookaheads)
- Define critical path, sequencing and key milestones
- Work closely with PMs, engineering, production and site teams
- Track progress, identify risks and drive recovery plans
- Lead planning discussions with clients and contractors
- Provide clear, data-driven insights to support decision‑making
- Carry out what‑if analysis and scenario planning

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Planner / Project Scheduler in construction
- Strong knowledge of planning tools Primavera P6, ASTA Powerproject and/or MS Project
- Solid understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Ability to analyse data and communicate clearly with technical teams
- Experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder projects
- Experience in the UK market or façades is a strong plus
