Votre mission consistera à coordonner et gérer l'ensemble des ressources économiques, matérielles et humaines sur le chantier, afin de garantir l'exécution du projet dans le respect des délais, des coûts et des standards de qualité convenus.
Responsabilités principales :
- Représenter Aluman sur le chantier et assurer la liaison avec le client et le Chef de Projet.
- Contrôler les coûts et les délais du chantier.
- Rapporter hebdomadairement les mises à jour des coûts au bureau.
- Élaborer et suivre des plans de travail détaillés.
- Gérer les sous-traitants (montage et services auxiliaires).
- Préparer et suivre les plans d'exécution et financiers.
- Suivre l'avancement des travaux sur le chantier.
- Superviser la documentation relative à la sécurité, à la qualité et à l'environnement.
- Coordonner les équipes présentes sur le chantier.
- Contracter les entreprises de montage et les services auxiliaires.
- Demander les expéditions de matériaux.
- Vérifier les plans de montage et les expliquer aux opérateurs.
- Garantir le respect des réglementations en matière de santé et sécurité au travail.
- Réaliser le contrôle qualité de l'exécution des travaux.

Profil recherché :
- Formation technique dans un domaine pertinent (Bachelier professionnalisant en Construction ou Master en Sciences de l'Ingénieur industriel, VCA/VGM).
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets de façades.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais, de l'espagnol et du français indispensable.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements selon les besoins du projet.
- Localisation du projet : Belgique (présence sur site requise).
