Key Responsibilities

  • Swift and efficient response to equipment breakdowns
  • Execution of scheduled preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve machine processing faults using documentation and historical data
  • Build strong working relationships with production teams
  • Support and train operators in basic maintenance tasks
  • Drive continuous improvement and reduce engineering downtime

Ideal Candidate

  • Time-served engineering apprenticeship (preferred)
  • Experience in Food/FMCG/Packaging sectors is a bonus
  • Electrical bias, but truly multi-skilled engineers welcome
  • Strong communicator and natural problem solver
