gap technical are partnering with a leading national manufacturing business in their search for a Multi-Skilled Electrically Biased Contract Maintenance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
- Swift and efficient response to equipment breakdowns
- Execution of scheduled preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve machine processing faults using documentation and historical data
- Build strong working relationships with production teams
- Support and train operators in basic maintenance tasks
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce engineering downtime
Ideal Candidate
- Time-served engineering apprenticeship (preferred)
- Experience in Food/FMCG/Packaging sectors is a bonus
- Electrical bias, but truly multi-skilled engineers welcome
- Strong communicator and natural problem solver
