What The Job Looks Like
- Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional squad, aligning business and IT stakeholders
- Define and drive a clear product vision, ensuring measurable business value and impact for Quality (QA & QC)
- Own end-to-end accountability for a digital, data-driven Quality product across its full lifecycle
- Translate business, regulatory (GxP), and user needs into scalable and compliant product solutions
- Act as digital owner for core Quality processes and systems (e.g. QMS, deviations, CAPA, audits, change control / LIMS, Empower, Binocs and others)
- Set priorities and make transparent, value-based decisions across build, run, and continuous improvement
- Drive harmonization and standardization of global Quality solutions
- Enable data-driven decision making through strong data foundations, analytics, and insights
- Identify and scale automation and AI use cases to improve efficiency, quality, and transparency
- Ensure full compliance, validation, audit readiness, and data integrity throughout the product lifecycle
What You’ll Bring To The Table
- 10+ years of experience in digital, data, or technology-driven product roles
- Working experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including deviations, CAPA, audits, and change control
- Experience with GxP regulations and computerized system validation (CSV/CSA)
- Familiarity with industry tools (e.g. MasterControl, Veeva, TrackWise or similar)
- Proven experience in data-driven product development
- Strong understanding of data governance, data models, and data quality
- Experience with automation technologies (e.g. workflow automation, RPA, low-code platforms)
- Exposure to AI/ML use cases, ideally in regulated environments
