For our Global Graduate Programme, we are looking for you – A proactive and innovative thinker, a team player and creative problem-solver with a global mindset, ready to take ownership of your career path!
Depending on your preferences, the homebase will be Aachen, Germany or Lisbon, Portugal.Our 24-month Global Graduate Programme offers a unique and personalized journey within our Finance & Controlling organization. You’ll gain hands-on experience through high-impact projects, benefit from exposure to top management, and receive dedicated mentorship from a senior leader who will support your development every step of the way.
What The Job Looks Like
- Diving into diff erent functions and active collaboration in the main areas of our Group & Controlling organization (including national & international rotations);
- Planning, analysis, steering and reporting of fi nancial core data to support management decisions;
- Working in interdisciplinary projects (with for instance accounting, tax, treas-ury,commercial) to support the continuous improvement of our Group & Controlling organization via e.g. Operational Excellence or Digital Transformation initiatives;
- Working on your development, which is supported by a mentor including ambition talks, coaching sessions & performance reviews;
- Participating in common trainings for all graduates as well as customized ones for you as anindividual;
- Being a part of our Global Graduate Network.
What You\’ll Bring To The Table
- An excellent Master degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration with focus onprocess optimization, strategy and/or analytics;
- First professional & international experience in relevant fi elds (e.g. internships inControlling, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Production or Procurement) with continuous improvement mindset;
- Funded MS Office skills as well as a basic knowledge of SAP (FI/CO);
- Ideally you have first experience in operations controlling and/or with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI;
- Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do-attitude;
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills;
- Fluency in English and German;
- And the strong motivation to learn and grow in our company.
