Grundon is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join the People Team in Benson on a part-time basis. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, liaising with new starters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a compliant, positive start from offer through integration.
You will coordinate pre-boarding, payroll, IT, facilities, and system access, maintaining accurate records in Dayforce and collaborating with Learning & Development on inductions and probation support.
