Salary: Competitive
Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with additional weekend hours during events. Based at a North London Premier League stadium for three fixed days per week, working adjusted hours of 15:00–23:00 on weekday event days. The remaining two days support other stadium contracts, requiring flexibility in regards to location and hours to accommodate business needs.

Reporting into the Client Engagement Lead you will play a key role in driving our mission forward by managing, developing and growing stadium resource management services using Grundon’s waste solutions, ensuring we exceed environmental and sustainability targets, add value across the contract and consistently meet all KPIs.
What will you do
- Lead the operational and financial delivery of the contract, ensuring performance meets stadium specifications, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Shape and manage the Resource & Recycling strategy, aligning it with annual and seasonal environmental and sustainability targets.
- Carry out Waste Composition Analysis and use insights to enhance recycling performance and resource efficiency initiatives.
- Deliver impactful education and engagement campaigns that support client goals and promote key recycling and sustainability themes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular reviews, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Use management information to identify trends, drive service improvements, and unlock operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with Depot and Regional Operations Managers to monitor service levels and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
- Lead presentations, awareness sessions, and site tours that champion the client’s environmental and sustainability ambitions.
