Grundon is seeking a Depot Manager for our Bishops Cleeve depot to lead the waste collection operations, ensuring safety, compliance and on-time deliveries.
You will manage resources, develop teams and optimise performance while upholding the company's standards and values.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, liaise with customers, and protect driver hours and legal documentation.
A CPC qualification and UK driving licence are preferred.
