What does the job entail? As a Water Treatment Systems Project Manager , you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of water treatment systems projects, ensuring safe water supply. Your responsibilities include managing schedules, teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards, and delivering on-site equipment scope. Your leadership will drive successful outcomes and support sustainable water management. The role is based in our office in High Wycombe. Your daily tasks will include: Building and executing project schedules to ensure timely delivery Managing project documentation for clients and on-site staff Ensuring the delivery of required documentation Supervising on-site work to ensure compliant water treatment solutions (system commissioning) Managing project costs, securing sales margins Reporting project status, risks, and issues Coordinating internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, procurement, etc.) Mentoring service and automation technicians during setup and maintenance Collaborating with the sales team to meet customer needs Who are you? Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering 3-5 years\’ experience in project or technical systems delivery Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office Fluent in English Knowledge of water treatment processes or similar Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills What do we offer?
