現在弊社では、事業拡大のため営業職を募集しております。世界最大級のポンプメーカーとして、グルンドフォス社。その日本法人である当社はさらなる成長拡大を目指し、体制強化を進めています。今回募集するインダストリー事業部は、工業分野の専門知識を深め、営業力を高めたい方にとって最適な環境です。
【事業内容】
- グルンドフォス製品(ステンレス製うず巻きポンプ)の日本国内でのノックダウンによる製品販売およびアフターサービス
- グルンドフォス製品の輸入販売
- 経済協力案件に関する輸出
【仕事内容】
工業分野の営業担当として当社製品を提案します。商材は世界最大級ポンプメーカー製品です。お客様が抱える問題の解決やニーズにお応えするための製品のご提案をお任せします。提案先は主に工業分野(工場中心)のお客様です。
【具体的には】
- クライアントの用途に適したポンプセットのご提案
- 見積もり作成から納品に至るまで顧客のフォロー
- 既存顧客への提案
- 新規顧客開拓(展示会やHP経由のお問合せ等)
【入社後の流れ】
- 1ヶ月~2ヶ月目:社内で当社の製品や社内システムの使用方法などを学んでいただきます。
- 3ヶ月~6ヶ月目:先輩社員の営業に同行します。
- 6ヶ月目~:一人で営業活動をスタートします。
【対象となる方】
- 機械・工学系のバックグラウンドをお持ちの方
- 要普通自動車免許(AT限定可)
- 基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
