Au sein de la Direction Industrie nous recherchons :

Un(e) Ingénieur des Ventes sur la région Auvergne Rhône Alpes.
Départements : 01, 03, 15, 38, 39, 42, 43, 63, 69, 71, 73, 74

Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Ventes, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Animer, promouvoir et vendre nos produits, solutions et services auprès des principaux acteurs de la chaine Ă©conomique,
  • Assurer la prescription d’une large gamme de produits et solutions auprès des distributeurs, contractors et utilisateurs finaux pour identifier les opportunitĂ©s de ventes au sein de votre rĂ©gion,
  • DĂ©velopper un portefeuille clients par le biais d\’actions de prospection,
  • DĂ©tecter les projets auprès de nos clients et les accompagner dans leurs Ă©tudes et finalisation,
  • Appliquer une politique de prix dans le respect des règles internes Ă©tablies,
  • Alimenter et assurer le pilotage et l’intĂ©gration des projets dans le pipeline,
  • Relancer les offres clients et renseigner l\’ensemble de votre activitĂ© client ainsi que vos nouveaux contacts et prospects de manière hebdomadaire dans le CRM,
  • Maintenir Ă  jour la base de donnĂ©es clients et prospects,
  • Veiller activement au règlement rapide des litiges Ă©ventuels avec un client.

Profil

  • Double compĂ©tence commerciale et technique (exemple : gĂ©nie thermique /hydraulique ou Ă©quivalent),
  • ExpĂ©rience commerciale dans le secteur industriel ou plus spĂ©cifiquement dans la vente de solutions de pompages,
  • Bonne connaissance du tissu industriel local.
  • Aisance relationnelle et sens de la nĂ©gociation commerciale,
  • Autonomie dans le suivi de votre activitĂ© (prospection, relances clients, etc.) et dans la gestion des rendez-vous clients,
  • MaĂ®trise des outils informatiques : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM SAP,
  • Niveau d’anglais opĂ©rationnel,
  • Promouvoir les valeurs et comportements de Grundfos : Collaboration, Orientation clients et Responsabilisation.
