As a key commercial and technical partner for our customers in the water treatment sector, you will identify new business opportunities, provide expert guidance on process- and water-treatment solutions, and help customers select the right technologies to support their operations. Acting as the primary contact for your customer portfolio, you will build long-term relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
What you’ll do
- Identify potential customers, applications, and markets within water and process treatment.
- Prepare and organize customer visits, present products and solutions, and explain their benefits.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence activities.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers with support from internal teams.
- Follow up on offers, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals.
- Support cost calculations and ensure competitive pricing with approved margins.
- Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline updates, and documentation for order handover.
- Collect market insights and contribute to sales development initiatives.
About you
- You bring a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (or a relevant technical/environmental background).
- You have around 3 years of experience in technical project sales, preferably in water treatment, process systems, or related industries.
- You are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and have solid communication and presentation skills.
- You understand customer needs, build trusted relationships, and can adapt to different personalities.
- You are self-driven, results-oriented, collaborative, and committed to delivering on promises.
- You have good knowledge of ERP/CRM tools (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office.
- You are motivated by combining technical expertise with commercial impact.
