As our new National Sales Manager, WU, you will be spearheading customer success including our digital portfolio across the UK and Ireland, building strong relationships with key accounts and driving adoption of Grundfos's solutions within the Water Utility segment. What you will be doing
- Drive digital customer success by ensuring water utility clients fully adopt and derive value from Grundfos digital offerings.
- Develop and execute area sales strategies to grow revenue and market share within the UK and Ireland Water Utility segment.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across water utility organisations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product management, service, and technical support to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to post-sale success.
