As our new Production Supervisor, you will be supervising and developing a team of production employees within an Autonomous Production Unit, driving daily performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you will be doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 24 production operatives, ensuring high engagement and performance.
- Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Utilize SAP to manage production orders, inventory, and reporting accurately.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles within the APU.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.

Above all, you are a motivated production leader with strong people management skills, solid IT proficiency including SAP, and a proven track record of driving results through team development in a manufacturing environment. We would also imagine that you have:
- 3+ years of experience supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in SAP (production modules) and strong general computer skills.
- Demonstrated people management skills with experience leading teams of 15+ employees.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a production setting.
Nice to have
- Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with Autonomous Production Unit (APU) or cell-based manufacturing concepts.
- Relevant qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or operations management.
