As our new Customer Care Manager, you will be leading and developing our internal sales team to drive revenue growth, optimise quoting and order management processes, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction across every interaction. You would be managing the frontline team, with capability to potentially grow to a larger scope of a role. This role is located in our office in Leighton Buzzard.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Internal Sales team, you'll create impact by building a customer-centric sales operation that strengthens relationships, accelerates order conversion, and contributes directly to Grundfos's growth ambitions in the UK market. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee the end-to-end quoting and order execution process, ensuring accuracy, speed, and commercial competitiveness
  • Collaborate closely with external sales managers to align on account strategies and maximise cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor team performance metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer enquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Partner with operations, logistics, and product teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer journey

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a commercially minded sales leader with a strong track record of managing inside sales teams, a passion for customer excellence, and the ability to drive results through people development and process optimisation. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 3+ years of experience managing an internal/inside sales or customer-facing commercial team
  • Proven ability to deliver against sales targets and customer satisfaction KPIs in a B2B environment
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in coaching, developing, and motivating teams

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience in the pump, water technology, or industrial manufacturing sector
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP
  • Experience driving process improvement or sales transformation initiatives
