We are a leading company in the transportation sector, with branches and business units in the UK and all across Europe. For our branch in London, we are looking for a Dispatcher - International Transport (m/f/d).
Your activities:
- As a member of the Full Truck Load Team, you will manage the organisation of international shipments throughout Europe, coordinating the entire transportation chain.
- Acquisition, registration and processing of transport orders.
- Truck dispatching on agency basis.
- Supervision of the entire expedition.
- Preparation of transport and shipping documents.
- Direct contact with clients and hauliers.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in the sector of transportation and international forwarding.
- Ability to work in a team, able to handle a fast pace environment.
- A high degree of flexibility and negotiating skills.
- Independent and result-oriented work style.
- Skilled in the use of all common EDP programs.
- Very good knowledge of the English language; other foreign language skills are a plus.
