Role Overview
The Partnership Executive will be responsible for establishing and growing Grubtech's partner ecosystem in the UK.
As one of the first commercial hires in the region, the individual will play a key role in driving market entry through strategic partnerships, referrals, and channel relationships within the F&B technology ecosystem.
This role is based in the UK, with the flexibility to work hybrid. You'll be part of a fast-growing team and play a key part in expanding our footprint across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard strategic partners across the UK hospitality and restaurant technology ecosystem.
- Build relationships with POS vendors, payment providers, delivery platforms, technology consultants, hospitality associations, and other complementary solution providers.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Create and manage a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities from initial outreach through execution.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful partner enablement and execution.
- Represent Grubtech at industry events, networking functions, exhibitions, and partner meetings.
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to help shape Grubtech's UK growth strategy.
What Weʼre Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Strategic Alliances.
- Prior experience within the restaurant technology, hospitality technology, Saa S, POS, online ordering, payments, or food delivery ecosystem is essential.
- Strong understanding of the UK restaurant and hospitality market.
- Existing network within the F&B technology ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and grow strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment.
