We are seeking a Senior Mining Engineer to play a pivotal role in supporting clients across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. This is a highly autonomous position combining technical expertise, client engagement, and strategic influence within a rapidly expanding region. You will work at the intersection of mining engineering and cutting-edge digital technology — helping mines implement next-generation tools that are new to the region and transforming how operations plan and produce.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert technical support to mining clients using planning and production software
- Lead implementation, optimisation, and adoption of software solutions at operating mines
- Deliver training, workshops, and best-practice guidance to engineering teams
- Collaborate with major international mining companies to solve complex operational challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations and technical evaluations
- Provide feedback to product teams to influence future development
- Travel internationally to client sites as required
