GRTS is recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned business generating over €8 billion in annual revenue. Known for their premium brand reputation and high-quality processing lines, their equipment delivers market-leading efficiency and productivity to clients worldwide.
In this role, you’ll lead their UK division as Sales & Service Director, effectively the UK General Manager, with full P&L ownership and leadership responsibility for a 15-person team. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic leadership with operational delivery, working independently while reporting directly to the Senior Vice President for Feed & Biofuel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the UK Sales & Service team (15 staff)

- Proven leadership experience in sales and/or general management roles
- Background in industrial equipment, process industries, or related sectors
