This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic thinker who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and leading high-performing teams in a fast‑evolving professional landscape. You will take full ownership of market performance, leading the execution of regional strategy while identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and deliver the market strategy, driving growth, brand positioning, and long-term success
- Build and strengthen partnerships with employers, education providers, regulators, and industry leaders
- Own and deliver on KPIs, ensuring strong commercial performance across the region
- Inspire, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team, driving engagement and accountability
