GRS Recruitment is working with an international luxury travel and tourism company, seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join their growing team in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will support daily operational activities, coordinate logistics and schedules, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality travel experiences.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Assist with travel arrangements, booking accommodations, and managing itineraries
- Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate operational processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to travel and hospitality services
- Support the organisation of events, meetings, and other corporate activities
- Respond to client and partner inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Strong communication and customer service skills

SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €25,000 - €30,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
