ISC are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to play a key role in our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation and support the delivery of marketing and communications across the business, helping to raise the profile of ISC and the wider GRS Group.
You will be part of a collaborative environment where new ideas are encouraged, and your work will directly influence how we connect with our audience and grow our presence in the construction industry.
Main Duties And Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and publish engaging content across ISC social media platforms
- Regularly update and maintain our website with news, updates, and project case studies
- Assist with the execution of effective marketing campaigns that will increase our brand visibility and awareness
- Assist with marketing materials and artwork
- Support on-site branding efforts, including signage and banners
- Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance
- Assist colleagues across the business with presentations and design requirements
- Plan, organise and assist with company events and trade shows
- Support the Group Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities and agreed marketing tasks
- Collaborate with other teams across the GRS Group as required
- Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant workplace.
Knowledge, Training, Qualifications and Experience Required To Do The Job:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in social media management
- Competency in updating WordPress websites
- Experience in analytics reporting
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and focus in a dynamic and fast-paced workflow
- Can-do attitude and proactive, forward-thinking approach
- Capable of working independently or as part of a wider team
- Proficient in Office 365
- Full UK driving license
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
- Graphic Design
