THE ROLE

We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to drive growth across the Essex area. This is an office‑based role with working hours Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and promoting the GRS Group. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers and suppliers to support continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage new clients across the Essex area.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer and supplier relationships.
  • Prepare and present quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
