We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and adaptable individual to work alongside our energetic team in Nuneaton. The role requires a CAN-DO attitude. We are a fast-paced business with plenty of opportunities for growth so if this sounds like you, we\’d love to hear from you!

Job Purpose

This is an important role within GRS Group to support with the attraction of top talent all over the UK through CV screening, sourcing candidates, conducting telephone interviews and arranging interviews with hiring managers.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

This is an important role within GRS, with primary responsibility to:

  • Manage the day to day activity of the jobs email inbox.
  • To work with recruiting managers to understand their business need and provide them with accurate management information and reporting.
  • Provide recruitment guidance and support to the hiring managers in alignment with employment legislation and good practice.
  • Plan, conduct and manage the recruitment process to include posting adverts, CV screening, conducting telephone interviews and arranging interviews.
  • Use headhunting systems to find the perfect candidate for each vacancy.
  • Process PPA\’s for Potential candidates.
  • Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and line managers through an approachable manner and customer focused service delivery.
  • To ensure that all vacancies are filled within a suitable timeframe and to anticipate future needs to the business.
  • To ensure that all candidates receive a consistent, positive experience that falls in line with our vision of being No1 in people.
  • To promote GRS Group as an employer of choice through internal and external communications, activities and platforms.
  • Identify candidates by utilising multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Social Media and Networking Events.
  • To seek and support internal talent and to support the in house initiatives including refer a friend and the yard to driver scheme.
  • Filing and general administration as required.
  • Complete project work and ad hoc tasks as required.

Knowledge, Training And Experience Required To Do The Job

  • Previous experience of working within a busy Recruitment department (Desirable).
  • Previous experience with CV screening and conducting telephone interviews (Desirable).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and headhunting systems (Desirable).
  • Previous experience working with high call volumes (Essential).
  • Previous administration experience (Essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicating effectively at all levels with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders (Essential).
  • Excellent problem solving, with ability to probe and establish facts and identify appropriate solutions (Essential).
  • Strong attention to detail (Essential).
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing your own workload against competing demands, being structured and organised (Essential).
