Job Purpose
ISC are seeking a Project Support Administrator to support the Project Administration Manager and the wider Project team in all aspects of administrative and documentation duties to maintain accurate records on portals and SharePoint.
Location
Assington, Sudbury with occasional travel to Tilbury.
Contract
Full-Time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Liaise between internal departments to ensure best communication with site queries.
- Communicate effectively with the site team regarding plant and materials.
- Compile manual costing from site records and liaise with the commercial team to ensure accuracy of overall cost reports.
- Receipt delivery notes on accountancy software (NetSuite) and resolve any queries in a timely manner.
- Upload delivery notes accurately to the project software (innDex).
- Download weekly registers to SharePoint.
- Assist with general admin duties such as IT, QA, H&S.
- Scanning and filing of Muck tickets on SharePoint.
- Organise, manage, and maintain the paper and electronic filing systems used by the Company.
- Creating and managing documents as required.
- Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant work place.
Knowledge, Training, Qualifications and Experience Required to Do the Job
- Previous administration experience.
- Organised and good communication skills.
- Ideally experience of working on the following: SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, innDex, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to details and accuracy of data inputting and in administrative tasks.
