Location: This is a role which is predominantly based in Nuneaton, with the flexibility of Home Working also available. There will be very occasional travel to other main GRS Offices. Travel will be planned in advance and expenses will be reimbursed in line with company policy.

Job Purpose: Working as part of a small, supportive IT team based in Nuneaton, you will be the primary "face" of NetSuite and some other 3rd Party systems for our employees. Your focus is on providing exceptional help and assistance to our users, ensuring they can complete their daily tasks with ease. Reporting to the Head of IT Applications, you will manage the support queue with a focus on user enablement, guidance, and system accessibility. The IT Application Support Analyst acts as the First Line Support for the core GRS Applications used in the Head Office and in the satellite offices. These systems are Netsuite, ABBYY, INVU and there will be other systems joining this landscape soon. This role requires an enthusiasm to learn about applications, the desire to find out why something is working like it is, and the ability to problem solve.
Main Duties And Responsibilities:
- User Help & Assistance: Act as the first point of contact for all NetSuite and other systems queries & problems.
- Small Team Collaboration: Contribute to a close-knit IT environment, sharing updates with the Head of IT Applications and assisting teammates during busy periods.
- Ability to differentiate between Support (incidents) and Change.
- Account Management: Handle routine user administration, including password resets, role updates, and managing permission requests in line with company policy.
- Building Reports / Searches as required by the Business, but without creating duplicates of those already in existence.
- Data Entry Support: Create basic CSV imports and mass updates to support required mass data update requirements.
- Be a key member of the team, and undertake Testing of new releases, new changes and new systems.
- Able to undertake minor system developments and take this from a Design Specification stage to Ready for UAT stage.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in ERP Support, Netsuite experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and think for yourself.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining resolutions to business users.
