The Role
We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to drive growth across the Midlands region. This is an office-based role, working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and promoting GRS Group. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both new & existing customers and suppliers to support continued growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new clients across the Midlands region.
- Maintain and grow existing customer and supplier relationships.
- Prepare and present quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
