We are looking for a self-motivated, driven and adaptable individual who enjoys a challenge to work alongside our energetic team in Nuneaton on a fixed term contract for 12 months. The role requires a CAN-DO attitude, an ability to learn from any losses and celebrate every win. Job Purpose
The role is integral to the organisation as it is responsible for assisting in the validation of processing haulier tickets via multiple platforms to enable us to pay our suppliers and hauliers and subsequently invoice our customers. This role will be responsible for the timely capturing of queries and escalating as required for resolution.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Daily validation of haulier invoices from our ticket matching platform to identify data errors.
- Responsible for capturing all queries that hold haulier invoices for payment, with a keen eye to detail.
- Daily escalation of all queries to the appropriate member of the team to ensure continuous flow of work.
