The Role

We are seeking a Senior Internal Sales Coordinator to drive growth across the region. This is an office-based role, working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Building relationships with our customers, hauliers, and suppliers to achieve maximum orders in both volume and profit.

Grow your business; win new work, proactively create opportunities, and maintain accurate commercial information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the external sales managers to make sure quotations, tender/ live file are dealt with in a timely and professional manor.
  • Liase with customers directly from time to time to establish when tenders become live and which customer has been successful.
  • Specific sales tasks as per directors instruction, to include but not limited to some cold calling and social media input .
  • Provide monthly update, to include summary of tender/ live orders per sales area .
  • To promote the company image and develop good customer / company relationships.
  • Maintain a clean buisness assisting in resolving sales related queries.
  • Conduct weekly meeting with sales managers to agree goals for the week and any specific jobs that we are focussing on.
  • Help drive the sales mentality within the sales team , promoting a strong sales ethic , service level and positive relationships.
  • Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant work place.
