Overview
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and adaptable individual to work alongside our energetic marketing team on a national basis. The role requires a CAN-DO attitude. Main Duties And Responsibilities
This is an important role within GRS, with primary responsibility to:
- Design visually engaging materials that reinforce the brand.
- Design brochures for our product lines.
- Retouch and enhance job site photos and product images for use across marketing platforms.
- Create trade show and exhibition concepts and design graphics.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines.
- Asset management and organization.
- Providing design input on product development.
- Participating in creative briefings and strategy sessions.
- Template creation for other team members to use.
- Print production oversight.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Develop marketing visuals for websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads (including before/after images, infographics, etc.).
- Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant work place.
Knowledge, Training, Qualifications and Experience Required to Do the Job
Essential
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years professional design experience (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, print production, and branding.
- Experience designing merchandise and packaging.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and brand work.
- Brand guideline development experience.
- Proficiency with Mac/PC operating systems.
- Have a full UK driving license and happy with national travel.
DESIRABLE
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Photography and videography experience.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Trade show/exhibition design experience.
- Experience working with external vendors/suppliers.
