THE ROLE
As a Business Support Coordinator, you'll provide vital administrative support to our sales and commercial teams, enabling them to focus on high-value work. Acting as a key link between front-office and back-office functions, you'll manage tasks such as quote and pricing admin, ERP data updates, customer and supplier setup, and query resolution. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and excellent service delivery. The role is an office based role, Monday to Friday and is a 35 hour working week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and manage sales quotes, tenders, and cost book data in NetSuite
- Coordinate onboarding processes for customers, suppliers, and hauliers
- Resolve administrative, pricing, and billing queries efficiently
- Support compliance documentation and reporting
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Transport, and Shared Services
- Drive process improvements and help train new team members
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
