The Role
As a Business Support Coordinator, you’ll provide vital administrative support to our sales and commercial teams, enabling them to focus on high‑value work. Acting as a key link between front‑office and back‑office functions, you’ll manage tasks such as quote and pricing admin, ERP data updates, customer and supplier set‑up, and query resolution. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and excellent service delivery. The role is office based, Monday to Friday, and is a 35‑hour working week.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage sales quotes, tenders, and cost book data in NetSuite
- Coordinate onboarding processes for customers, suppliers, and hauliers
- Resolve administrative, pricing, and billing queries efficiently
- Support compliance documentation and reporting
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Transport, and Shared Services
- Drive process improvements and help train new team members
What We Are Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- A solutions‑focused mindset with a willingness to improve processes
- Experience in admin or customer support, ideally in sales, logistics, or transport
