Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (flexibility required)

The Opportunity

A well-established, internationally recognised logistics business is seeking a Fleet Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance, safety, and performance of its vehicle fleet. This is a key role responsible for ensuring all vehicles, drivers, and operational processes meet legal, regulatory, and company standards, while driving efficiency and cost control across the fleet. Reporting directly into the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and cost-effective fleet operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full fleet compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation including driver hours, tachograph regulations, and operator licence requirements
  • Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs to ensure ongoing roadworthiness
  • Monitor and manage driver compliance, including licence checks, CPC requirements, and infringements
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and are maintained in line with regulatory expectations
  • Manage defect reporting, VOR (Vehicle Off Road), and minimise downtime through effective management
