Job Purpose The Control Tower Manager is a key position within the company, responsible for managing and optimising the global supply chain operations for a key account. This role acts as the primary point of contact between the client, the company’s global offices, and external suppliers. The Control Tower Manager ensures alignment of supply chain activities, drives process improvements, manages risk, and focuses on cost efficiency across global logistics operations. This role also plays a vital part in strategic solution development, helping to streamline operations, minimise risks, and ensure optimal performance in delivering logistics solutions that meet the evolving needs of the client’s business. Key Duties and Responsibilities Key Relationship Holder: Serve as the primary liaison between the client, the company’s global offices, and external suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth operations and alignment with the client’s supply chain strategy and business needs. Strategic Solution Building: Collaborate closely with the client and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement tailored global logistics solutions that meet both current and future business requirements.
