Import Operations Coordinator The Role This is an operations-focused role, not a customs specialist position. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping import shipments moving day to day: gathering the right paperwork, quoting customers and agents, raising invoices, and arranging deliveries. They'll know enough about import customs to understand what's needed for a clearance and to speak confidently about it, but won't be relied on as the compliance expert, as that's already covered.
