About QualitySolicitors
At QualitySolicitors, we’re focused on modernising how people find and engage with legal services. We connect consumers with trusted law firms across the UK, while supporting our member firms with marketing that delivers measurable results. We’re a close-knit, approachable team. We work hard, support each other, and genuinely enjoy what we do – whether that’s collaborating on ideas, solving challenges, or taking time out together as a team. It’s a professional environment, but not a corporate one.
The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who lives and breathes digital marketing – someone who is naturally curious, keeps up with industry changes, and takes pride in doing things properly. This is a hands‑on, technical role focused on PPC, SEO, and performance marketing across both the QualitySolicitors brand and our network of member law firms. You’ll be trusted to manage your own work, balance priorities, and deliver results, whether that’s long‑term strategic projects or urgent client requests that need quick turnaround.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up, managing, and optimising PPC campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Leading SEO activity across the QualitySolicitors website and supporting member firms, including: Technical SEO, On‑page optimisation, Local SEO strategies, AI‑led search optimisation (AISEO)
- Carrying out annual SEO audits for member firms, identifying opportunities and clear actions
- Using tools such as: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity
- Conducting keyword research to identify trends, search intent, and content gaps
- Working within WordPress (used by the majority of member firms) to implement SEO improvements and content updates
- Supporting updates on our main website (custom platform), where basic HTML knowledge would be advantageous
- Analysing campaign and website performance, making data‑driven decisions and recommendations
- Managing multiple priorities, balancing planned work with reactive client needs
- Contributing to thought leadership content, including written insights and occasional webinars
- Keeping ahead of industry developments, particularly the evolving impact of AI on search behaviour and website traffic
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads essential; Meta and LinkedIn desirable)
- Strong understanding of SEO, including technical SEO and local SEO
- Experience using tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity
- Confident working with WordPress
- Basic understanding of HTML (advantageous)
- Ability to identify keyword opportunities, trends, and gaps in content
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Most importantly: You have a genuine passion for digital marketing – you keep up with trends, test ideas, and care about doing things the right way
- You understand that long‑term success comes from quality, not shortcuts
- You’re not reliant on mass AI‑generated content or low‑quality backlinks as a strategy
- Experience in professional services or legal marketing is beneficial, but not essential.
Why Join Us?
- A genuinely supportive and approachable team
- A role with autonomy, variety, and real impact
- The flexibility of predominantly remote working – making day‑to‑day life easier (whether that’s the school run or just having more control over your time)
- A business that values quality, not shortcuts
- Regular team socials and a positive, down‑to‑earth culture
What You’ll Get
- 25 days holiday + option to buy 5 additional days
- Your birthday off
- Flexible working arrangements
- Remote‑first environment with hybrid touchpoints
- Company events and team days
A Final Word
The legal sector may not always be seen as the most forward‑thinking, but that’s exactly where the opportunity is. There’s real scope to innovate, improve, and lead in a space that’s still evolving digitally. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a genuine impact, we’d love to hear from you.
