We believe in bold ambitions and simple solutions, tackling one of the world’s biggest challenges: sustainable food production. At our core, we believe in:

  • Standing Tall – We do what we say we’re going to do. We take pride in our work.

Your Role
We’re looking for an ERP & Operations Administrator to ensure the smooth running, accuracy, and optimisation of our ERP system, Prophet, whilst supporting our operational teams to enable accurate data flow across our supply chain, production, and finance teams. This role will be office-based in Sandwich, Kent, with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

You’ll work closely with our operations, technical, production, and finance teams, playing a key role in ensuring our ERP platform supports our processes with accuracy and traceability and supporting farm operations and administration. As part of this role, you’ll be expected to stand tall—delivering reliable data and systems support that underpins our business performance.

Who you’ll be working with
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team of passionate growers, engineers, and supply chain professionals, working alongside operations managers, technical leads, and commercial teams to keep our ERP system accurate, compliant, and user-friendly. We believe in growing together, so you’ll be supported to develop your ERP and systems skills while making a real impact on the way we grow and deliver sustainable food.

What you’ll be doing:

  • ERP Operations & Job Management (40%) - Audit and manage packing/seeding job data, create daily packing jobs, maintain BOMs, close jobs for costing and invoicing, and troubleshoot data issues.
  • Sales Order Management (20%) - Enter, validate, and manage daily sales orders; ensure delivery accuracy and audit system data to prevent errors.
  • Order & Inventory Management (10%) - Coordinating with the Warehouse team and Farm Ops with the management of pallet and tray de-hires and stock management of primary and secondary packaging based on forecasted demand to allow smooth supply.
  • Stock & Traceability Support (20%) - Support traceability audits, manage packaging material bookings, maintain batch and label data, and resolve stock integrity issues.
  • System Maintenance & Training (10%) - Maintain user permissions, support process documentation, enter static data for suppliers/customers/products, and assist in training end-users.

Throughout your work, you’ll be encouraged to think big, embracing system improvements and simplifying processes to enhance how we work.

What skills you should have
We’re looking for someone who is deep rooted, passionate about people, the planet, and (of course) leafy greens—someone who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Must have skills:

  • Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail – You’re meticulous and methodical, catching errors before they become problems.
  • Problem Solving – You enjoy troubleshooting and resolving data inconsistencies or system errors.

Nice to have skills:

  • Familiarity with Prophet ERP – Experience with the Prophet system or similar supply chain ERPs is a plus.
  • Basic SQL/Data Handling – Comfortable working with databases, queries, or manipulating system data.

What success looks like in this role:

  • 3 months in – You’ve rooted yourself in our ERP system, built relationships across key teams, and are confidently managing daily ERP tasks.
  • 6 months in – You’ve identified and improved key processes, supported multiple departments, and become the go-to for ERP queries.
  • 12 months in – You’ve driven measurable improvements in ERP data quality, process efficiency, and helped train end-users across the business.

Interview Process
We believe in a transparent and streamlined hiring process. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Talent Screen – An initial video call with our People Partner.
