We’re hiring a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to own client relationships & delivery, working directly with our CEO & team.

We bring partners & investors to the table, source private capital through VCs & run campaigns built around goals: expanding reach, growing holder numbers, increasing trading volume & building market cap.

What you’ll do
- Build client relationships through calls, daily updates, feedback & clear expectations.
- Own onboarding, covering goals, KPIs, scope, timelines & access.
- Run delivery with clear briefs, owners & deadlines while balancing team workloads.
- Check quality, review results & resolve blockers before they affect delivery.
- Test new ideas & apply what we learn to improve campaigns.
- Track progress against baselines & KPIs, explain changes & set priorities.
- Build case studies covering strategy, delivery, measurable results & evidence.
You must be comfortable planning, writing & reviewing content for LinkedIn & X, writing marketing strategies & running community engagement campaigns. You’ll also coordinate X Spaces, build relationships with partners & manage creator/KOL campaigns, working with the team to turn plans into results.

You lead by example, build relationships naturally & deliver what you’ve promised. You’re organised, notice the details & know when a friendly nudge is needed.
You’re comfortable managing several accounts, having honest conversations & taking responsibility when something goes wrong. You care about the client’s business & the people doing the work.
Marketing agency experience is highly valued. Experience delivering crypto/Web3 marketing services is a strong advantage.
