growthvibe is an AI-native AEO agency. We get ambitious brands found, cited and recommended inside the engines that matter now - ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Copilot. The discipline is called Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO). We are one of the teams defining it. Founded in 2026 by Tom Parling, with deep expertise in SEO and online marketing. We are hiring our first Account Managers.

What the job actually is:
- You will be the person our clients rely on. Their first call when they have a question, the voice they hear on every strategy session, and the reason they stay with us and tell their friends.
- You will also join new business calls to help turn warm prospects into signed clients. No cold prospecting - we bring the leads, you bring the relationship.
Day to day:
- Running strategy calls, monthly reviews and working sessions with your clients.
- Presenting AI Visibility reports, audits and plans produced by our analyst team.
- Joining pitches with the team and helping close warm prospects.
- Nurturing leads through discovery and proposal.
- Being the connective tissue between clients and our delivery specialists.
- Spotting upsells and expansion opportunities naturally, never pushily.
What we are looking for:
- A true superstar who loves dealing with people.
- You light up in client conversations. Relationships are your natural home.
- You take genuine pride in delivering an awesome service. Details matter.
- You are a confident presenter, on video and in person.
- You use AI tools daily - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity - and are excited about this space.
- You are commercially minded without being salesy.
- Helpful but not essential: Background in agency account management (digital, SEO, PR, content).
- Experience with web, SEO or digital marketing clients.
- Prior exposure to AI search, AEO or GEO work.
