Most people in client success spend their days chasing tickets and writing status updates nobody reads. This role is different. You're working directly with entrepreneurs who are trying to build something real, and your job is to help them get there. We run the full content engine for founders, business owners, and experts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Strategy, scripts, editing, posting, all of it. Our clients just show up on camera. We handle the rest.

We're growing fast and we need someone great to help us keep our clients winning.

The Role

You own a portfolio of client accounts. You are their person. The one they trust, the one who keeps things moving, and the one who holds them accountable when they need a push. You are the liaison between our clients and every internal team at Growthopia. When something needs to happen, you make sure it does. You report directly to the Project Manager who owns the pipeline of deliverables, but you are responsible for the communication and coordination that keeps everything flowing.

A huge part of this role is client accountability. Clients have to do their part. Uploading footage, approving scripts, reviewing final edits. When they stall, the whole engine stalls. Your job is to keep them moving, kindly but relentlessly.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for 30 clients across Slack, email, and regular Zoom calls
  • Onboard new clients, run kickoff calls, and get them set up in our systems
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams so nothing gets stuck
  • Send filming guidelines and answer questions on setup, equipment, framing, and lighting
  • Hold clients accountable for uploading footage, approving scripts, and signing off on final edits
  • Chase approvals, signatures, and missing footage, kindly but relentlessly
  • Report on campaign performance and advise clients on next steps
  • Flag risks early and deescalate when things get tense

The Opportunity

Base salary is $3,500 USD/month. After a client completes their first 3 months, you earn 5% commission on their monthly revenue. Team lead roles are open as we grow. When clients expand their service from you upselling them, you also earn 10% on upsells. OTE: $80-100K USD. Your income is directly tied to how well you take care of people. That's the point.

You're the Right Person If

  • You genuinely love talking to people and clients look forward to hearing from you
  • You're almost annoyingly organized. Every client, every day, nothing slips.
  • You communicate constantly, internally and with clients, without being asked
  • You can coach someone with conviction and still be patient when results take time
  • You can deescalate a frustrated client and come out the other side with the relationship intact
  • You work hard and you take ownership. This is not a clock-in-clock-out role.
  • You understand sales and you're comfortable with it
  • You're genuinely passionate about marketing, social media, and short-form video
  • You're coachable. We'll teach you the hard skills. You bring the attitude.

Tools You'll Use

  • Monday.com
  • Slack
  • Gmail
  • Google Drive
