Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias to lead the development and adoption of standardised offsite products. You will collaborate with technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating and project delivery teams to embed products in designs and ensure on-site delivery.
The role requires strong communication, BIM proficiency (Revit libraries), and a track record in offsite or standardised solutions within construction.
