Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with a mechanical bias to lead the development, implementation and adoption of standardised offsite products in Leeds, with openness to other locations.
You will collaborate with central technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating and project delivery teams to embed standards in designs and ensure on-site delivery. The role requires strong DFMA knowledge and BIM data management.
