Growthcurve is a growth marketing agency built for ambitious startups and scale-ups. We embed a tailored team into our clients’ businesses and run end-to-end growth programmes across performance marketing, creative production, and optimisation. Our work is outcome-led, fast-paced, and structured around a consistent testing cadence.

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and delivery across a portfolio of global accounts spanning B2C and B2B. You’ll be the day-to-day owner of the client experience, making sure work is scoped properly, resourced intelligently, delivered to a high standard, and tied back to measurable outcomes. This is an agency role. You’ll work closely with growth marketers, creatives, and data specialists to keep projects moving, decisions clear, and clients confident.

What You’ll Do

  • Client leadership and partnership
    • Own senior day-to-day relationships, building trust through clarity, pace, and strong delivery
    • Lead weekly/bi-weekly client calls, set agendas, capture actions, and drive decisions to keep momentum
    • Translate client goals into crisp briefs and clear priorities for internal teams
    • Act as a calm escalation point when priorities shift or timelines tighten
  • Delivery, project management, and quality control
    • Run end-to-end delivery across integrated growth engagements (performance, creative, landing pages, CRO, and related workstreams)
    • Build project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources across multiple workstreams at once
    • Maintain tight QA standards across creative, copy, assets, and deliverables before client review
    • Track dependencies and risks early, propose solutions, and keep delivery predictable
  • Commercial ownership
    • Support account profitability through accurate scoping, budget pacing, and change control
    • Manage billing inputs, ensure work is tracked correctly, and keep commercials tidy and timely
    • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and contribute to renewals, upsells, and new initiatives
  • Reporting and performance communication
    • Coordinate reporting across channels and translate performance into clear takeaways for clients
    • Keep stakeholders aligned on what is working, what is being tested next, and why
    • Maintain disciplined documentation: decisions, learnings, and next steps
  • Team contribution and leadership
    • Mentor and support junior client services team members
    • Improve internal processes, templates, and ways of working to raise delivery quality and speed
    • Contribute to pitch work and proposals when needed

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

  • 4+ years experience in client services/account management within a marketing agency environment
  • Strong project management capability across multi-workstream programmes, with high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can lead meetings, present clearly, and manage senior stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness: comfortable with scoping, timelines, budget control, and profitability thinking
  • Organised and resilient under pressure; able to juggle competing priorities without losing quality
  • Experience working with global clients or distributed teams across time zones
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing delivery (paid media, creative, landing pages, CRO, content, lifecycle, or B2B demand gen)

Nice to Have

  • Experience across both B2C and B2B accounts
  • Exposure to mobile/app marketing and measurement concepts
  • Familiarity with common agency tools (project management, docs, dashboards, spreadsheets)
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve speed and quality in planning, comms, and delivery

Location and Working Style

  • London office (Bank)
  • Office-first role with Work From Home Mondays (not a remote position)

Salary

£45,000–£50,000 per year, dependent on experience, with potential for a discretionary performance related bonus

Perks

  • Competitive Salary + discretionary performance-based bonus
  • Private medical insurance
  • Access to a gym and wellness classes
  • WFH every Monday
  • Brand new Apple equipment
  • High spec office, with hotel grade amenities (kitchens, showers, bicycle parking, cafe)
  • Free premium coffee, tea and a fully stocked snack cupboard and drinks fridge
  • Access to masterclasses, industry events, and learning budgets
  • Quarterly offsites in global locations (we’ve done New York, Dubai, Marbella & Lisbon)
  • Direct access to founders, C-levels, and hypergrowth operators
  • Clear progression path and opportunities to lead new initiatives
