About Growthcurve: Growthcurve is a full-funnel growth marketing agency built to help ambitious founders scale fast. We combine strategy, media, creative, and measurement under one roof, partnering with startups and scale-ups across the UK, US, Europe and beyond. Our model is outcome-first: rapid iteration, high creative throughput, and reporting you can act on.

The Role: We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale performance across multiple clients (B2C and B2B), with a strong specialism in mobile growth. You’ll run end-to-end growth systems: channel strategy, experimentation design, in-platform execution, creative testing, conversion rate optimisation, and measurement. This is a hands-on role for someone who can diagnose the biggest levers, then ship tests weekly and scale what works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition across paid + organic levers: Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google (Search/YouTube/PMax), Apple Search Ads, and (as needed) LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliates, influencers, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest.
  • Build channel strategies by intent and funnel stage, not single-platform optimisation.
  • For B2B accounts: drive qualified pipeline, improve stage conversion, and work closely with founders and sales teams on funnel strategy.
  • Experimentation and growth cadence: Operate weekly growth sprints, set goals/constraints (CAC/CPA, payback, margin), maintain a prioritised testing backlog, run clean experiments, scale winners, and stop underperforming tests quickly.
  • Design structured tests across targeting, creatives, offers, landing pages, onboarding flows, and lifecycle messaging.
  • Creative testing and performance creative systems: Write clear creative briefs tailored to persona, platform behaviour, and funnel stage. Partner with our in-house creative team to build repeatable creative testing systems and reduce ad fatigue. Use performance insights to iterate messaging, formats, and concepts at speed.
  • CRO and post-click conversion: Improve landing pages, funnels, and message match so traffic converts efficiently. Run CRO experiments across page structure, copy, forms, offers, and onboarding flows.
  • Measurement and mobile-specific performance: Own tracking and reporting hygiene, work confidently with privacy-era measurement and quality-based optimisation. Use MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch, plus analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Client outcomes and internal standards: Own day-to-day performance across accounts, weekly reporting, and stakeholder communication. Build and maintain playbooks, test libraries, and “what works” documentation to raise the bar across the team.

What Success Looks Like:

First 30–60 days: You’ve taken ownership of key accounts, identified measurement gaps, and shipped meaningful tests weekly. You’ve built a prioritised experimentation backlog and a creative testing plan.
