What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day project operations: scheduling, workflows, milestones, and quality control.
- Chair internal and external meetings, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Head of Production to streamline processes during weekly 1:1, improving efficiencies, and scaling delivery.
- Collaborate with creative, visual, and motion teams to develop strong concepts and innovative executions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s brand, audience, and content strategy.
- Provide clear, proactive communication around progress, risks, timelines, and budgets, flagging issues early.
- Define monthly scopes of work and ensure delivery aligns with agreed resources and expectations.
- Mentor and support junior producers, fostering growth and raising overall production standards.
- Facilitate brainstorms and creative workshops to generate fresh, platform-native ideas.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of UGC, motion, social, and film content across YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, and Reels.
- Ensure client channels remain active, strategically aligned, and optimised for performance.
- Stay ahead of creative, platform, and industry trends-including short-form storytelling and AI-driven production tools and apply learnings to live projects.
- Proactively identify new opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Own creative pitch briefs, supporting scoping, pricing, and structuring of proposals.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience managing digital campaigns within a creative or production agency.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering multi-channel content.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid technical understanding of web, mobile, and video production processes.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable on camera and able to edit social media content quickly.
- Good knowledge of social media trends and basic editing tools.
Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 per year
