Overview
Location: London, United Kingdom (on-site Tue–Fri; occasional travel may be required).
Schedule: Film on-site Tuesday–Friday (with same‑day edits).
You’ll document Growthcurve’s journey behind some of the world’s fastest‑growing companies and turn it into must‑watch episodes and shorts.
What you’ll do
- Shadow founders and teams Tue–Fri; capture candid moments, meetings, wins, setbacks, and behind‑the‑scenes action.
- Record clean audio (lav/shotgun), manage quick lighting, and keep batteries/cards rolling.
- Edit same day into an 8–12 min vlog plus 3–5 Shorts/Reels/TikTok cut‑downs per episode.
- Add captions, punchy pacing, basic color/audio mix, and strong hooks; export in 16:9 and 9:16.
- Create scroll‑stopping thumbnails, titles, and descriptions; schedule uploads and track performance.
- Maintain media management and backups; secure releases and exercise editorial judgment/confidentiality.
What you’ll bring
- 0–2 years shooting + editing (uni, freelance, or personal projects welcome).
- Comfortable running a mirrorless/DSLR setup, basic lighting, and dual‑system sound.
- Fast editor in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; strong storytelling and sense of pace.
- Social‑native instincts (hooks, retention, titles, thumbnails) and a bias to ship.
- Proactive, low‑ego, thrives in a fast, candid environment; calm under pressure.
Nice to have
- After Effects/motion graphics, color grading, livestreaming/podcasting, or photography skills.
