As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to engineer breakthrough growth for startups and global giants across fintech, SaaS, ecommerce, and more. You’ll own high‑impact paid campaigns, collaborate with creative experts, and drive measurable results for clients who demand the best.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute growth strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, and emerging channels.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi‑channel paid campaigns and organic growth systems from setup to scaling, managing budgets from ÂŁ10K to ÂŁ1M+ per month.
  • Develop creative briefs and work closely with our in‑house creative studio to produce scroll‑stopping video and static ads.
  • Use first‑party data and analytics platforms (GA4, Adjust, Northbeam, etc.) to extract actionable insights and inform campaign decisions.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and CRO specialists to maximize full‑funnel efficiency and ROI.
  • Continuously test new channels, formats, and tactics to find the next edge in growth.
  • Manage client relationships, present insights clearly, and act as a strategic advisor in weekly growth reviews.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, focusing on KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years hands‑on experience in paid acquisition, performance marketing, and lead generation.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns across multiple channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics platforms (GA4, Adjust, Northbeam, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for testing new ideas and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Location: 4 days in the office (London), 1 day remote (Monday from home)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per year

Experience Level: Midweight (3–4 years)
