What You\’ll Do

As a Growth Marketer, you’ll be the architect and operator of high-impact paid marketing campaigns that drive real-world growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own growth strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, and more
• Run paid media campaigns end-to-end from planning and setup to execution, optimisation, and scaling
• Develop creative briefs and collaborate with Growthcurve’s in-house creative studio to produce scroll-stopping video and static ads
• Manage client relationships, present insights with clarity, and act as the strategic advisor in weekly calls and growth reviews
• Use first-party data, analytics platforms (GA4, Adjust, Northbeam, etc.), and in-house tools to extract actionable insights and inform decisions
• Launch and scale multi-channel campaigns with budgets ranging from $10K to $1M+ per month
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and CRO experts to maximise full-funnel efficiency and ROI
• Continuously test new channels, formats, and tactics, always aiming to find the next edge

Who You Are

You’re not just a media buyer, you’re a full-stack growth operator with a strategic mindset and the curiosity to constantly improve.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (other channels a big plus)
• Proven experience managing $100K+/mo budgets and scaling successful campaigns
• Strong grasp of performance metrics, growth loops, attribution, and funnel dynamics
• Experience working with creative teams to ideate, produce, and test ads that perform
• You’re analytical and results-driven, but also comfortable with creative ambiguity
• Client-facing experience and excellent communication skills
• Obsessed with testing, iteration, and staying ahead of platform trends

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with ecommerce, fintech, or high-growth DTC/SaaS brands
• Familiarity with platforms like TripleWhale, Segment, Braze, Shopify, GTM
• Understanding of CRO, email marketing, influencer/UGC, and post-click journeys
• You\’re growth-obsessed, unafraid to challenge norms, and you thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments
