As an Associate Creative Producer at Growthcurve, you will help manage the end-to-end delivery of creative content and sometimes film production, with varying levels of complexity and budget sizes across different client accounts, ensuring we always meet clients' scopes and that projects/campaigns are delivered to an industry leading standard, on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Define monthly scopes of work for each client and ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Implement effective delivery strategies that maximise creative output within constraints.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each brand’s identity, audience, and content expectations.
  • Support and manage the creation and delivery of UGC, social and film content for clients.
  • Ensure client channels remain active and aligned with strategy, proactively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed with clear, proactive communication around project progress, risks, and expectations.
  • Provide weekly project and campaign status updates to the Head of Production and Senior Producers, flagging potential timing or budget overruns early.
  • Identify and prototype new processes, tools, and templates to enhance project management efficiency.
  • Book and coordinate the appropriate specialist resources for each project or campaign.
  • Manage multiple suppliers, partners, and freelancers to deliver the best outcomes for the agency and its clients.
  • Support senior producers with contracting, call sheets, scripting, and documentation.

Content & Creative Support

  • Contribute to scripting and creative ideation, including office skits, TikToks, and broader social content.
  • Play a key role in maintaining and executing the content calendar across all channels.
  • Manage and produce internal content for the agency’s social media.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in video, short-form storytelling, and AI-powered production tools, helping push the team’s creative boundaries.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years’ experience managing digital campaigns within a creative or production agency.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering multi-channel content.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid technical understanding of web, mobile, and video production processes.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable on camera and able to edit social media content quickly.
  • Good knowledge of social media trends and basic editing tools.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year
